ORDERS:
Orders may be placed by using e-mailbig band jazz. You may use a printable order form preferable WORD or PDF format. PDF = Adobe Reader (Get Reader)

List all address information including zip code and daytime telephone number and e-mail address. You MUST fill in this information on your order form to insure proper delivery. It is very important to include catalog number and size of plant to insure that you receive your order correctly.
After receiving your order form we will send a confirmation of your order by return e-mail.
C.I.T.E.S. and phytosanitary certificate $50 for each shipment. Please allow 2 weeks at least to prepare.
Over 12 plants US buyer needs to obtain and send us an Import Permit and green stickers which expedite the delivery of parcels of plants.
Customers are recommended to order in bulk to receive more discounts.
201 USD - 500 USD receives 5% discount
501 USD - 999 USD receives 10% discount
1000 USD or more receives 10% discount with free CITIES-Phytosanitary
Certificate worth 50 USD.
This discount apply only plant purchase.
WHOLESELLER:
We will make etimation for wholeseller on request. This estimation will be made over 1000 USD.
PAYMENTS:
There is no minimum amount on orders.
Payment must be made with order. We accept credit card payments ONLY through Paypal or Paypal fund transfer. We will send you a Paypal Fund Request E-mail after your confirmation.
AVAILABILITY:
Current up-to-date availability is posted on our website. There is always a chance that circumstances may intervene (nature has its own way), changing what is actually available.
SHIPPING:
We will ship plants and goods via EMS.
We insure them up to your order amount. (Insurance covers only loss of shipment when your loss confirmed by USPS and not covers damage through mishandling or time delay).
All plants are shipped adjusting to avoid weekend quarantine. We also avoid shipping during periods of extreme hot and cold (either in your area or ours).
